Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

This policy covers the Little Way Home website at littlewayhomegame.com, run by CalTech Web, LLC. It explains what the website collects and why. The Little Way Home app has its own privacy policy, which covers the game itself: read the Game Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Information we collect

The website collects information only when you choose to send it to us, through one of three forms:

  • The launch signup (“Notify me at launch”) collects your email address. We use it only to tell you when Little Way Home is out on the App Store and to send occasional news about updates to the game.
  • The beta tester form (“Become a beta tester”), on the home page and on our Beta page, collects your name and your email address, plus the iPhone model you use and a note on why you want to test if you choose to add them. We use them only to invite you to the Little Way Home beta on TestFlight, Apple's app for trying games before they launch, and to reply to you. Apple handles the TestFlight invitation itself under its own privacy policy.
  • The contact form on our Support page collects your name, your email address, the topic you pick and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message.

With each form we also record the page you sent it from, the first page of your visit and the website that referred you, if any, so we know which pages people find helpful. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

How your form submission is handled

Every form is processed by a form delivery service at forms.caltechweb.com, operated by CalTech Web, LLC. The service delivers your submission to us by email and does not use your information for any other purpose.

Spam and bot protection

Every form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a real visitor rather than an automated script. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser and device as part of that check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new tab) for details on how Turnstile handles that data.

Other third-party services

The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the site. Once Little Way Home is released, the website links to its App Store page, and Apple's own privacy policy applies to anything you do there. No chat, booking or review widgets are installed on this site.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile as described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Keeping and removing your information

We keep launch signups until Little Way Home is released and for as long as we send news about the game, beta tester requests for as long as the beta runs, and contact messages for as long as we need them to help you. To be removed from the launch list or the beta list, or to ask what we hold about you, write to us through the form on our Support page.

Children

Little Way Home is rated 4+ on the App Store, and families are welcome here. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to send a form for you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
